As we enter the final month of 2020, which has arguably been the most challenging year globally in our lifetimes, onedotsixtwo refuses to let up on providing a platform for the most uplifting proper progressive sounds.

Hailing from Montenegro, Lèrr is recognised for his unique style combining groovy, deep and melodic progressive vibes. His enchanting musical creations have appeared on Balkan Connection, Sound Avenue, Asymmetric, Trndmsk and more so far in 2020. onedotsixtwo are now delighted to welcome Lèrr back for his first original release on the label, following his amazing addition to the Sebastian Busto – December EP (ODST0036) with his remix of ‘Miracle’.

Places Away opens with intention; a strong kick, razor sharp hats and a rising vox lead us into a warm bubbling bassline which drives the track forward relentlessly, assisted by an ever growing symphony of lush synth-lines that lead us beautifully into a spine-tingling breakdown and out the far side to the finale where all the elements merge into a euphoric crescendo.

To complete this stunning package Argentina’s John Cosani gives us his signature take on Places Away. Known for his deep, groove-laden productions on labels such as Sudbeat, Clinique and Or Two Strangers, John certainly does not disappoint here with an elegant, brooding and haunting, yet beautifully understated gem of a remix which catches you by surprise and takes you away to the next level.
